Kill an Enemy with a Bottle.

Hit a severed head trough the air with an Baseball Bat.
Hard Headed
Kill an Enemy by giving them a headbutt.
The Floor is Lava
Stay in the Air for 1 minute and land afterwards.

Glitch trough the Floor by shooting a Grappling Gun at it.
