Simply put, the characters on screen during the visual novel is a sprite and I got them to be HD! When playing the game in resolutions greater than 1080p, the sprites look all blurry and pixely. That's no good, especially in a year where more and more people are going 2K and greater. That's why I made the sprites in a higher resolution.

I do plan on doing the model textures, but there's a image size limit and having them in HD severely slows down the loading of the game, I got one of Nepgear's costumes done and it increased the load time, so it'll be some time before I get to them.

The UI really doesn't like being upscaled. In order to do them I'd need access to some kind of code decompiler to adjust the UI code to get it to work and I couldn't find one, so the UI elements will remain as they are for now.

First things first you need to install the Kitserver to be able to use this mod.

Once you get the Kitserver set up, download the file from this my drive link[drive.google.com] and extract it in the data folder in the Kitserver folder, so that it looks like this:
After that you can start the game using the Kitserver executable and should see the sprites in lovely HD.

Let me know if you run into any problems. I played through the entire game on my Youtube channel and everything worked fine (I had some issues, but only because I named some folders wrong). Once I have the model textures done I'll edit the guide to include them as well.
