To my knowledge, this game has 4 health upgrades and 19 logs. This guide will explain how to get them.

Note - This game is open world, and as such, all collectables can be acquired at any time after they first become accessible. This guide is based on accessibility rather than sequence, so the logs will be collected out of order. You can press the 'Tab' button to check which logs you have.

Make sure to collect all items BEFORE entering the headquarters at the top of the map as you cannot exit this building once entered.


Directly after entering through the portal. You can’t miss it.

The first Nano Armor upgrade is on the left as you enter the cave.


Along the path after exiting the first cave.

To the left after going up the hill, just below the two sentry enemies.

Further along the path, after the two sentry enemies by the rock wall.

In the cave after defeating Bone Fist.

By the next checkpoint. Just keep following the path.

On top of a tree in the large jungle area.

The second Nano Armor upgrade is directly opposite the seventh log.


In the area with the dead trees, after progressing through the jungle a little.

In the cave after Dart Shell.

On the large island in the water area. To get here, backtrack to log #3 and destroy the orange blockage.

On a cliff after defeating Acid Serpent.

The third Nano Armor upgrade is on a cliff above the entrance to the island area. You can use the RPG to rocket-jump over here.


On top of a boulder on the far side of the map. Follow the video below to see how to get on top of the boulder.

On top of a ledge toward the centre of the map. Again, rocket-jump to get to it.

From here, drop down into the elevated jungle area to reach the next log.

Backtrack to the first cave and blow up the rocks to get to the next log.

In the final area of the cave, near the fire orb.

On a ledge overlooking the dead tree area.

The fourth Nano Armor upgrade is on a boulder further along the path. Once you get up to the gel spawner, turn around and jump on top of the rocks to get to it.


Outside the headquarters at the very top of the map.

yeah, your numbering wasnt correct, as the logs start with number 0 in the game. Anyway, I finished the game, got my 100% and thats enough for me. I wont replay this. Thanks anyway

Ah, I think I see the problem. I was unaware of the in-game numbering system, and as a result was adding them as I found them. I've now added what I believe to be the correct in-game numbers. I'm a little uncertain on #16, but short of another playthrough, there's not really any way I can check. Regardless, I believe you may be looking for the 'Infirmary' excerpt, rather than the 'Nonlethal Falling' excerpt. Apologies for the confusion on that front.

As for the final log, it seems to have been moved, removed, or bugged.

Yeah, I checked everywhere at the top, it wasn't there for me. Same with the thirteenth log. I checked the exact same position you showed in your screenshot or in the video. This may either be a bug or the dev updated the game and removed those, which would be strange because I could still change all my logs and I was missing 2.

None of the logs are required for achievement completion.

The last log is at the very top of the map by the headquarters. I thought it was by the entrance, but judging by the screenshot in the guide, it may well be around the back on the right side.

The thirteenth log is hard to explain, but I've included a video below showing how to get there from the headquarters. Hope this helps.

Well, and I cant find the last audio log either, but for this one I am also not that sure where it is supposed to be unlike with the thirteenth one.

Thanks for the guide! But I the thirteenth log was not there for me. I checked if I had already collected it, as you gave the titlle of it, but nope.
