One Handed Scooter (Balanced)

Adds a variant of the Underwater Scooter that can be used with one hand, but consumes twice the energy.

This way you can carry a bag in the other hand, or a handheld sonar, or even another scooter because... why not?

You could also have a knife in the other hand and try some high speed underwater hand to hand combat.

You won't find this scooter in your sub nor in any station's store, you'll have to craft it.
