just go up to the Council HQ, go up to the attic, go into 640x480 resolution, and touch the orb. easy as that.

@Couch has it right. Just go to the Archon Grid, touch a big ball (I know you, Ultrakill fan, you love touching balls) and restore your Divine Light.
