Crashday BETA track recreation.

This one was made from a single image of the old version of amateurs5 that shipped with Crashday 1.0. Many hours were spent taking screenshots, placing tiles, adjusting their position, etc. until they were exactly in right place.

Unfortunately with a single screenshot, one half of the track was behind the camera and has therefore not been changed. We have no idea what that side of the track looked like.
