This Sawed-Off Skin is mainly inspired by movies like "Shutter Island" and "Grave Encounters" or several horror video games.

The patient Paul Miller was born on May 23rd 1981 and was admitted to a clinic for psychiatric care in the beginning of 2000.
He wrote down his last thoughts on the walls of his room before passing away on January 11th 2005.

The hospital's forensic pathologists still weren't able to figure out, what the cause of Miller's death was.
That, plus the fact that he scratched the words "HELP ME" into the wood of his table, suggests his demise originated from a demonic presence which thrived on Miller's instable state of mind.
