Changes Color Scheme of the Slaughterhorn Tribe which is Taurox, the Brass Bull

can't change the actual banner emblem on the main menu and on settlements cause it's a hassle. I'm going to make more of these and ZCx.x format as the name keeps them on the bottom of the load order and makes it pretty uniform as well, not scattered about if you get this collection.
