This is actually a direct nerf to using it with dual-revolvers and gunslinger since it's delaying your Gunslinger acquisition by a level; and GS sucks until L3.
If I recall, I did think Bulletstorm Revolver was suffering until late Europa the last time I played it and this is probably why lol. Generally, you'll have to use single revolver until level 9 in this setup (carrying a non-revolver in slot 2 generally). It's an okay alteration for Autos if not amazing.
That seems to be the case with lots of the JH Steam guides now, so I updated mine to account for many changes to the game since then.
Most notable are significant changes to the Branch level guide, and various class talent changes that have occurred, so I've updated my analysis to compensate.
Keep in mind this guide presumes you're playing Easy/Medium/Hard, as there very specific strats and builds needed to survive on Nightmare+ difficulty as if often the case with super-hard difficulty levels.
If you'd like a copy of the MS Excel version let me know, but to my knowledge, most people prefer the online version for use on tablets etc.
I believe Callisto tips are still pretty accurate, you're just missing the new stuff.
- new boss enemy in Valhalla Spaceport
- new Callisto level layouts
- new secret level mechanics in every side branch
