In the latest update, Rockstar created a bug with which you can get an armored Kuruma for $ 95,000.

1)Open your phone (up arrow)
2)Select Browser
3)Click on TRAVEL AND TRANSPORT
4)Select Southern San Andreas Super Autos Site
5)Find Karin Kuruma unarmored there ($ 95,000 worth). If you do not have this you need to complete The Fleeca Job.
6)That's all you have a fully armored Kuruma with which you can throw sticky bombs and you will be almost invulnerable to regular bullets (As in Kuruma armored).If you already have a regular Kuruma, then you don't need to do, it already armored.
