Sam TSE Model w/ Shades

This simply adds a variant of the TSE version of Sam with sunglasses.
This package doesn't include any actual models - they're all in the base game. It just adds a file that creates an entry in the player models list that uses the TSE model together with the TFE glasses.
Therefore there is nobody to credit here.
