You have to find and open the config file.
The path looks like this -> SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\World of Subways 2 – Berlin Line 7\Data\Engine\variables.cfg
Or you just rightclick the game in your library -> Manage -> Browse local files

If you have problems getting your train to move, you should turn on VSync or cap your FPS to 60.
After changing the options in the config, you should not change any more options in the game. Some settings will then be reset to the default settings.

If you want to have the original announcements of the Berlin underground, you can replace the sound files with this
