Welcome to the Emerald Isle Lounge, pull up a chair.

This building is based on blueprints of a vintage storefront, complete with leaded glass, detailed stone work, awnings and gilded display window.

Appropriate for the 20th century to the present day.

Verts: 523, Tris 675. Texture 2048
LOD - Verts: 60, Tris 86, Texture 256

Textures are 2048x2048. LOD is 256x256.

8.733 MB seems high for a narrow 2-story building with only 675 tris? Any chance one or more of your texture files for main model or LOD has a dimension that is not a power of 2 (32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024 or 2048)? When you don't use a power of 2 the game won't compress the texture files and you can end up with a filesize that is much larger than it should be. There was once last year that I intended to make a texture file 512x2048 and I accidentally made it 512x2042 due to a typo and stumbled across this compression problem.
