Allow plants to be sown in any biome.

Made for request from Careless. Adds a simple lightweight patch that unlocks biome-specific plants, allowing them to be sown anywhere.

yeah things like Crystal flower are indeed missing put way up the list

Will move lower and report results so far its missing some flowers like crystal flower from alpha biomes

It should apply to any plant really. If it isn't, try moving lower in the list. If that still doesn't work, I'll take a look.
