Blue Fire, but not for the Burning effect, also without weapon conflicting problem

Blue Fire not for Burn - no weapon conflict

Blue Colored Fire replaces most of the default Fire color, expect Weapon Flame effect and Burning effect, which mean those two are in the original/default fire color. Also the blue fire replaces the Explosion Fire in the Smoke effect too.

Due to another add-on conflicting with the original Blue Fire, I had removed few things, to make it not conflict anymore against another add-on. Also i removed the burning effect of the blue, to make the burning infected more visible when its getting burned in the blue fire.
