Omschrijving
This is a welding arm made using MArmOS 3.1.

It is made to be easy to attach to any large grid.

Hop in the control seat, turn on the camera and enjoy a direct access to your base'S inventory while welding.

The controls are:
1: Use the welder
2: Turn on the camera
3: Clear the programmed sequence
4: Start/Stop recording the welder's position
5: Reset the execution of the sequence
6: Start/Stop executing the sequence
9: Fold the arm

While the layout is fantastic for compatibility, this is not very paste-friendly for some reason. I probably ground over 200 blocks off my grid with 3 blocks of clearance around all the red guidelines and there were still invisible collisions. I ended up reverting to a pre-grinding save, then pasting it to a piston with a block on top of it, then lowering the whole thing down into a perfectly sized opening with a merge block underneath.

That said once installed, it works like a dream, though my use is a bit off-label. I replaced the welder with a connector and use this to connect my drilling rover to cargo rovers for offloading ore regardless of the size, configuration or position of the pickup vehicle.

This is great, though I'm wondering if there's a way to build all of the multiple grids with the blueprint? I ended up with just the platform, had to drop it on a new rotor and attach, and figure out the arm by looking at your screenshots, plus learn how to use Marmos and rename all the parts.so the script would work correctly

I had a question though, I couldn't figure out what blocks were on the end of the arm near the welder? it looks like welder - hinge - .____? Something barrel shaped with lights on either end?

Wonderful mechanism, it's much more convenient to build with it

@skillnick456 If this 'bitor bit' person has ownership of the "works" he/she can make use of notice-and-takedown under the DMCA. You'd be wise to stop slandering and making false claims of ownership on behalf of another individual you do not represent in any official capacity, or you might find yourself facing consequences that are quite severe, read Steam's TOC/TOS and 17 U.S.C. §§ 512(F).

Hi, I did the same thing, everything works fine, but there is a problem, the key assignments are completely different, for example, it folds on the space bar, it unfolds on c, all the movements are wrong

@Thayer You need to convert the first moving section from station to ship. It gets stuck when you paste it in.
