Adds existing weapons to the Ultratech class, meaning they are possible to have as desired weapons in your chosen ideoligion.

In vanilla it seems the only weapons considered to be 'Ultratech' are weapons found in Royalty. Even if we don't play with Royalty, we should be able to have ideoligions with desired weapons.

So, as of now the charge weapons (rifle and lance) are added to the pool of 'Ultratech' weapons. I will add more as I keep fiddling around with it. Also coming up is a mod adding a new suite of enhanced weapons also made 'Ultratech' (separate mod, https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2560232056).

I'm looking into adding weapons from mods, though that will be a process I think.

Disclaimer: I made this change mostly for myself, but thought I could just as well upload it here in case anyone else want the same thing. It's my first public mod, so... I'm kind of learning the process as I go.
