First

Go to Ipsilon and go to the first level.

Then

Make a basic car (The first one it tells you to make will be fine since you have no need to move.)
Then put a cannon on source block. (Basic)
Then put to flaming balls on either side of it. (Weapons)


Since the cannon is also activated by fire, you should get a time of 1.5 seconds.
