[PM][NPC] HDTF HECU Canon Camouflage

This mod will add PM and enemy NPC HECU from HDTF with canon camouflage (Attempting to make it canon).
The in-game model was taken from the Hunt Down Freeman Hecu Marine mod:

I have already edited the textures.
