Puchiko from the Di Gi Charat series. I don't really know much about this series, but I hope the people that do enjoy this addon.
She has numerous bodygroups, including two pairs of Dejiko glasses. And also a bunch of other stuff you'd come to expect from addons. Y'know, a playermodel, a view model, hitboxes for competitive gamemodes, etc.

Because her hands are puny, do be warned she may not appear to be holding the weapons in her hands at all in both third and first person.

This model was ripped by the commissioner themselves.
The first two screenshots were also done by the commissioner.
