1) Launch the game.

HOW TO UNLOCK

1) Go to the games properties.
2) Go to the language tab.
3) Click the dropdown and select Czech.
4) Launch the game.

I was really trying to unlock the Polylingual achievement and couldn't figure out how. But with your guide, I got it in just a couple minutes! Fantastic guide. Automatic thumbs up.

It will not be counted towards game count, achievement count and 100 % games because it in in "Profile Features Limited" state. You can see it on the store page.
