Customer Testimonials
"Civ is absolutely the best." - Ollie Zoop himself, presumably proprietor of Zoop
"♥♥♥♥ ZOOP, CIV is the way to go." - Some Smug Gryph
"Impressive, very nice. Let's see zoop's stocks." - Username
"This doesn't make any sense. ZOOP has quick gains all the time." - Some dude who clearly lacks a CEO mindset

Step 1: Adjust to a more corporate mindset
Alright equip your CEO sigma grindset because you're about to witness the real way to make money off of Mall Madness, this is like 10X'ing if 10X'ing were real, this is like if getting scammed on kickstarter worked in reverse and you got paid all the money. This is like if Zoopmaxxing from that other guide actually worked and ZOOP wasn't extremely volatile and expensive every single time I tried to do it.

Step 2: Self-flagellation is part of the job
Do all the missions from the start on Punishment difficulty for extra cash. Double the money means you can afford twice as much CIV before you finish Mall Madness.

Step 3: CIVMAXX
As a general rule of thumb, dump all of your money into CIV. CIV consistently trends around $2.50 before Mall Madness making it very affordable. If you die your balance will only go negative, they can't take away your vast mountains of rotting fish.

Missions before Mall Madness
Grab the rocket launcher from behind the Divine Light door on Pharmakokinetiks and complete the stage with it equipped. It'll make things easier when you get to Mall Madness. After Pharmakokinetiks, buy a few implants if you want (I recommend the helmet) but save enough money to get started investing in CIV. Grab the Minato M9 and Fishing Rod from Sin Space Engineering so that you can do some fishing while you wait for your investment to appreciate later on. I had about 3600 CIV before I started Mall Madness.

Mall Madness
Equip the rocket launcher that you got earlier, or if you didn't get it earlier, find the rocket launcher in this level. (It's also available in Paradise) You want to shoot for the target with the rocket launcher from the entryway to his section of the mall. Don't worry about the protective glass he's in. It may stop bullets but we're bringing heavy ordinance. Once the target's down, throw the rocket launcher away because the weight of your weapons affect your movement speed and BHop to the exit behind you on the lower floor.

Step 3b: CIVMAXX
Now every stock in the game begins to rise and will until you complete the next mission, Apartment Atrocity. Sit back, relax and watch your investment grow. Go fishing while you wait. If you wait until your holdings total a significant amount more than 250K, you can sell off some of your stock to afford the eyes of corporate insight, which will update the market and grow the value of your CIV even faster.

You only need around 2.7 million to afford everything in the game, including a fully powered ZKZ rifle. When you've made however much you want, you can cash out and complete Apartment Atrocity. Once it's complete stocks will return to normal.
Video guide anyways
Because I'm a flesh automaton animated by neurotransmitters here's a video guide too.

And remember, Cruelty Squad is the Gorbino's Quest of videogames.

Thank you for briefly abandoning your CEO mindset to assist in the installation of my own.

Hey, active "Civmaxxer" here. Sorry to bother you again, but I have a question. Can you define "significant amount more than 250k"? Is 1 mil good? 2 mil? 2.5 mil? I just don't want to stick my hand in the cookie jar too early.

Hey, future "Civmaxxer" here. In the year 2025, and all of my money has been spent on GamesGames. Should I cut my losses and convert my assests into CIV, or should I just follow the path I have chosen?

nvm, deleting my "stocks" save and resetting level progress and equipping the corporate eyes seems to have fixed. CIV is back to its normal post-mall madness growth! long live civmaxxing!

figured as much, its just been so long since i last played i wasnt sure if i was missing something. ill def dump into GAGA this time prior to mall madness, thanks!

@ Neco Arc, I think investing into GAGA instead of CIV should still work. At some point there was an update that caused CIV not to be viable candidate for this method of ultra-hustle.
