Hi,

Simple Phone Reworked is a modification that adds a mobile phone to Arma 3. Initially, and still the original author of the mod is [W] Soldia, but since the mod has not been updated for a very long time (since 2014), we decided to use his ideas, fix bugs, add new functionality, and most importantly, add the mod to Steam for easy installation and play on custom servers. The mobile phone has its own interface.

At the moment you can use it to:
- Exchange contacts.
- Send messages to other contacts on the server.
- View received messages.

Abilities that sadly we couldn't add in the mod.
- Ability to make calls to other players on the server (will work using TFAR).
- Ability to go to the local analogue of Google maps (it will work like a MicroDAGR in ACE).
- Ability to change various notification sounds in the phone settings (sending / receiving messages, outgoing / incoming calls).

The Phone is located in "Other" items in Arsenal. Also, you can get phone by using next init "this additem 'SOL_Phone';"

It won't compete with ACRE/TFAR, but will expand your options in terms of immersion and mission design in a unique way. For example: Not every partisan squad had modern radios in their pockets, and now they can communicate by phone. Or in Roleplay scenarios where there are civilian players. Agree, it is more logical to have a smartphone instead of a walkie-talkie.

Known Issues:
-Sometimes you may get two buttons to open a phone in Action menu, even though you only have one phone.
-The error about CfgPatches comes out. This does not affect anything - ignore it.
