Double checked and turns out the DarkMario version of the Splatoon 2 weapons were conflicting, thus resolving the issue at hand.

It seems like it's already in the Splatoon 2 Weapons, perhaps check it again?

Clear Dapple Dualies are a weapon within Splatoon 2, having the Torpedo Sub and Splashdown Special, and is part of the Sheldon's Picks collection.

Another promo art. Though I'm surprised no one has gotten around to getting the Clear Dapples to Gmod, considering this texture looks like a striking variant.
