A brand new Trinket!
The Red Map will allow you to locate Ultra Secret Rooms in the minimap, as long as you have also visited the regular and Super Secret Rooms.

Dropping the trinket in a Super Secret Room will also transform it into a cracked key, so you don't lose out on your prize!

Well you can't necessarily drop items to turn them into red keys, and giving the player a reliable way of getting the ultra secret rooms is silly. This trinket is already super broken if you find it with red key, let alone as an item.
