Methadone

Adds methadone as a new drug that prevents withdrawal mood penalties (but not other withdrawal effects). It can be crafted in the drug lab upon researching methadone production.

It should be save-friendly, you can add this mod to an existing save or remove it safely.

This is my first mod, so sorry for any bugs you may encounter. If you find any issue or have any feedback or improvement ideas let me know!
