Full Robot Rights for Spiritualists

This mod is as straight forward as possible. It allows you to select the full Rights-policy for robots despite being a spiritualist or fanatic spiritualist empire.

When you hover with your cursor over the symbol for the spiritualist-ethic the toolip might say "cannot use AI rights" but this is intentional from my side. Otherwise I had to modify the file for ethics also and I like to keep my mods as simple as possible.

This mod affects only one single file: "00_policies.txt" in Stellaris/common/policies/

Any other mod that also affects this file will cause campability issues - in short: my mod might not work. Otherwise you are good to go. Activating the mod during an already running game should also be possible.

I made it because omeone asked me for it since it seems there is no similar, up-to-date mod like this.
