USP CBA Fix

Got tired waiting for USP to fix a small config error that breaks CBA in some regard.


This mod fixes the wrong inheritance of the "Man" class. Now CBA Extended event handlers should work again as it did before. Also removes the blacklist because the implementation is just terrible.


This mod will be obsolete once the issue is fixed within USP itself
