1. Go to this page and download the latest version of the program by clicking on csgo_dont_blind_me.zip (the file can be unpacked to any place on the disk).

2. Copy the file gamestate_integration_dont_blind_me.cfg to the folder / cfg / which can be found exactly here:

steamapps \ common \ Counter-Strike Global Offensive \ csgo \ cfg

3. Open the settings.json file with any text editor and set the following values:

We set the method to gamma or DDC / CI - If the gamma setting does not cause the error below, stay with gamma, because this method works much better.

If you are using the gamma method, set the startup parameters to -nogammaramp

If gamma throws an error in the console, set Method to DDC / CI

We set the value of the mat_monitorgamma and mat_monitorgamma_tv_enabled commands to the same value as we have in CS: GO. To see the value of these commands, just type the beginning of these commands in the console.

After completing all the above steps, enable the csgo_dont_blind_me file and enjoy the dark flash:]

Some comments
If you are using f.lux, be sure to turn it off. The same goes for Windows Night Light!
If you have a dim screen after turning off the game, turn the monitor off and on.
The program must be turned on every time you start the game.
Remember that although the program is completely safe, you use it at your own risk.
