-find datarecorder marked with blue symbol to find it easier use the compass accessed with holding r
-use dynamite to blow up the datarecorder
- get the exo chips
- find mat which is now marked with the same symbol
-give mat one exo chip
-give mat 2 tungsten carbide
-give mat 2 silicone
now go to a landing pad or somewhere you can access missions
there should now be many completed missions now and the reward of one of the is the vtols shematic
