In case anyone is concerned about the homunculus being naked, he has no naughty bits. He's a failed, artificial shell of a human.

I had to use $alphatest instead of $vertexalpha in the hair transparency. It doesn't look as good but vertexalpha kept having issues with the bottom layer showing on top instead. The wonders of the source engine.


Models, textures and game by CAPCOM.

Models ripped by mario_kart64n and George Chief.

Models rigged and ported by me. I may continue working on this, adding outfits and improving the rigging on the current ones.
