Timed Active Icons (Full Collection)

Shows an indicator above the player's head when they have an timed active item (e.g. The Candle) that is charged

Mod Config Options added for enabling/disabling, changing the style of the icon, and for ignoring primary slot items or pocket items, making the icons transparent or toggling individiual icons

Note
This mod essentially makes the Timed Item Indicator, the Anima Sola Indicator and Dark Arts Indicator mods obsolete. I'll leave them up for now though while people are subbed to them

Known Issues:
- The icon reflections aren't in the right place in downpour, dross etc.
