Part 1 - Accessing Cutscenes
Preliminary Note: This guide is intended for Windows Users, I do not know if the methods presented work on Macintosh computers.

To replace the cutscenes in this game, we first need to access them. To do this, you need to follow this directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BATTLE BEARS 1\BATTLE BEARS 1_Data\StreamingAssets

The StreamingAssets folder features 26 .mp4 files that are all the cutscenes present in the game. Make note of the names of the ones you wish to replace, and then create a backup of these cutscenes by copying them into a folder you can access later in case you wish to revert your changes.
Part 2 - Replacement
In order to replace these cutscenes, you will need a .mp4 file that you wish to use.
Make sure that the file extension in .mp4, because if it is not, it may not work; be sure to find a way to change your file of choice into a .mp4 file first if it isn't already.

Take your .mp4 file, and rename it to match the name of cutscene you wish to replace (with a space at the end so no messages pop up).

Move this to the StreamingAssets folder mentioned in Part 1, and delete/move the original.

Change the replacement's name so that the space is gone.

Now the replacement is complete, there's only one thing left to do.
Part 3 - Testing your Cutscene
Testing your cutscene simply means playing the game and working up to the spot where your cutscene plays. Watch and enjoy.

If something goes wrong, review over these steps again and see if you missed anything.

To conclude, thank you taking the time to read this guide, I hope it has helped you.
