I bought most of the DLCs because I like the game and I've been playing the series since the first global release (Dynasty Warriors 2). I guess I'm more immune to the DLC stuff that most of us westerners because I lived in SE Asia for years, and gamers there have been conditioned to getting games cheap or free and then buying all the extra stuff they want. DLC, gatcha, etc. It's just how they do things. And I play the DW games enough to warrant spending the money...not to mention Guan Yinping (in the screenshot) looks great in the Mandarin dress.

Koei SOP. Give it years so more people cave to buying DLC, then put the definitive out so they buy that too. Besides...many Japanese console game companies still don't see Steam as a platform because it's not big in their home market.
