Kuvaus
A decently sized detailed map for all sorts of stuff to do.

It took me about 3 weeks to make it with some little daily work, but got slown down by University exams, thus why i am releasing it a lot later than anticipated. Initially inspired by maps made for the Stalker gamemode and SCP.

Map takes place in an abandoned facility.

Features:
  • AI nodes for NPC navigation
  • Multiple floors and surface
  • Big enough to explore
  • Optimization is good to run without any framedrops.

Updates:
  • Navigation Mesh Added
  • A bit more optimization
Update on 22th of July:
  • Navigation mesh fixed on all areas! Now NPC's can freely roam around and chase.
  • Several new areas have been added! They connect the main underground areas to the lowest and surface areas of the facility.
  • Adjusted lighting in a few areas to make it feel a bit better.
  • Some staircase pathfinding issues have been fixed, AI/NPCs can now go up and down with no issues.

Map might take extra expansions to it if i am willing to continue it any further. For now though, i will just leave it as it is.

Commands that might require used(however unlikely):
mat_specular 0

Map was made using Counter Strike : Source editor and therefor requires the Counter Strike : Source Textures and Content. Otherwise, you will encounter problems with textures and errors on several props.

I would like to thank my friend Danik for playtesting it with me as well as the Mapcore Community for the help in regards to engine issues or logic errors.

I would like to thank everyone again for their feedback. I appreciate it a lot and i hope all of you can enjoy playing on the map.

Please report and bugs that the map has, or any future improvements you guys might want to see.

As the description says, counter strike source textures and content. If you do not owe the game to import it from the bottom right; you can search it on google and follow a tutorial. Its simple to do.

It's a really cool one, but the story is really poorly executed. I love the premise, but I hate how they told it. It does take place in an arctic base wehre the comms systems were kindaaof down.
