All Dinos need Saddles to Ride. You have to use the normal Vanilla Dino Saddle for each Dino.

The only Spawn on Genesis -1-

If you wanna controll or add the Dino to Spawn on other maps you can use the Simple Spawners Mod

You mean mod maps? They are are exclusive for genesis 1 but when u use simple spawner mod you can spawn them on other maps.
