NCE Patch for Kimu's Radiant Armors Mod

A low-effort No Cut Efficiency patch to Kimu's Radiant Biosteel Silk Armors mod, available here:

The two hours that this took to make taxed my ADHD-addled brain to the limits of it patience, so don't expect a precisely-tuned, well-tested product. Some armors may be more or less effective than they should be thanks to calculation shortcuts made in the name of expediency. Credit to Lyston (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/discussions/1805638933) for the instructions on how to apply the NCE changes, which I followed loosely and with minimal effort.

As a bonus, this patch also adds in slightly enhanced Biosteel Silk versions of the White and Black Plate Jackets, unlocked with the same research as the regular Plate Jacket, because one-size-fits-all clothing is an affront to the abilities of our beloved master armorsmiths. Plus, everything looks more stylish in black. These variants have slightly tweaked skill multipliers that should make them slightly more specialized, however balance is not guaranteed.
