Crazy Taxi has no Steam Cloud support, so to keep your records on a different PC rather than starting over, you'll need to move the save file manually.

Thankfully it's not buried and is easily located in the Documents directory.

Windows:
C:\Users\<your pc username>\Documents\SEGA\Dreamcast Collection\Crazy Taxi\CRAZYTAXI_DC
