FEATURES:
❋Updated textures made by me from textures from textures.com and various stock images of windows and doors.
❋Some changes in the location of buildings and their geometry for a better composition.
❋Updated map detail. Added street lights, fire escapes, graffiti, air conditioners, benches, etc.
❋Added more places based on the real prototype of the map-New York. An analogue of Times Square, the Statue of Liberty, the Airport. Now the Chrysler Building looks more like a prototype.
❋Support for HDR. When playing with LDR, you can also create cubemaps using the command -buildcubemaps
❋Simple navigation for NPCs.
❋More places where you can enter.

Useful Commands: gmod_mcore_test 1 - Increases Productivity on a Multi-Core Processor r_3dsky 0 - Disables skybox r_farz (Your number) - Turns on visibility restriction. -1 normal value mat_specular 0 - Turns off reflection
