First things first lets Change Steam Region
by clicking on steam in top left corner click on (Settings) (Downloads) when your there you will see your (Download Region) under is your Region click on that and find (US-New York) or your friend Region and when you found it click it then press OK it will ask you to restart do that then load up CODE VEIN and load up your save open the pause menu and open multiplayer tab and
select gear icon network settings set your (Matchmaking Region) to (No Restrictions) and
(Area Restriction) to (No Restrictions) when that's done you good to go.

i have tested that without changing the Region i couldnt find anyone but 1st i switch Region to
(US-New York) i found lobby in seconds and even when im hosted but when im hosted i've played with more then 10 people

With this mod it will Allow You to host coop sessions in areas where boss is already defeated
if you just want to have fun with a friend and run through area or farm in it with someone then this mod is for you
it does NOT change ANY of the other multiplayer mechanics partner still gets kicked when the boss is defeated you cannot move outside given area and mistle use is blocked.

when your at the page you should see =Manual= on the right side download: Click on Manual then after that click on =Slow Download= it will count down to 5 seconds and now your Mod is downloaded now you will need either Winrar or 7zip to extract file now since you got that out of the way now to extract the file by right click on the mod that you downloaded there you should see
=extract to Always Host-192-1-4-1585260991= 1st you done that now open the folder and right click on pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor_1_P.pak and copy it and now go on steam and right click on CODE VEIN then head to properties and click on
(LOCAL FILES) (BROWSE LOCAL FILES) (CodeVein) (Content) (paks)
now paste that pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor_1_P.pak in the folder and your done.

Now if you already have pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor_1_P.pak in that folder then rename the mod .pak to next available number for example : pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor_2_P.pak
