After you obtain your other arm return to the cosmic hub and do not kill anything
Then go to the door to the woods near the top left and enter
After that go talk to the forest guardian and basically tell it no and return to the cosmic hub
If you see one of the lost souls fade in questioning what you are doing that's a good sign
Then when you get to the hub you should see a heavenly looking door of which you'll find a pissed off version of the frog from the tutorial.

@Scilent0 the nohit strat is to kill him before those kinds of attacks come out. The issue is it's really hard because of how tanky and block-heavy he is and changing the difficulty does nothing lol.

its important to NOT battle the tree spirit once he tries to distract you from...the topic. His song has no natural ending, meaning you should exit the game and reload.

Maybe he's just very lucky. But in all seriousness if I had to be honest, I think fights exclusive to the arm segment kinda feel like good luck not getting hit (for most players but tbh I kinda suck at the game.)

MIDFIGHT SPOILER: too bad they had to make this boss a good luck dodging kind of boss. Like seriously if anyone went through this without getting hit I would be amazed or they would be cheating. a lot of parts in this fight is un-dodge-able
