It is made to perfection; the insides of the toast provide the cushion of un-toasted bread while the outsides give that deluxe crust and crunch, giving it an extremely high value compared to regular toast sandwiches. This is done by putting 2 slices of toast into the same toaster slot - the process is risky and sometimes a failure (which is why it is so valuable). It took me years to master the skill.
