In the Control Panel
Click the change, time or number formats → Administrative language for non-unicode programs → Change system locale → Japanese







This game does not support Unicode, it was created using a character encoding called Shift_JIS.

You could also use Locale Emulator which is available on the internet so one doesn't have to change your system locale everytime one wishes to play this game.
