My name is Saki and I'm playing Street Fighter IV since 2012 December. My mains are C.Viper, Ibuki and Evil Ryu, but I am familiar with over 20 characters. I'm playing on a Razer Atrox Arcade Stick.
What is the Feng Shui Engine?
The Feng Shui Engine is a device that was implanted in Juri's left eye socket when she was a young teenager. It acts as a replacement for her left eye, which had been badly damaged when her family was attacked and her parents were assassinated by Shadaloo. Developed by S.I.N., the device enhances her fighting potential.

The Feng Shui Engine is also the name of her first Ultra Combo. It is executed by pressing two quarter-circle forward motions and all three punch buttons. After executed, the Revenge Gauge becomes a timer. Until the time elapses, Juri draws upon the power of the Feng Shui Engine.

Abbreviations
FSE = Feng Shui Engine
F = frame(s). 1F = 1/60th of a second
normal = punch or kick
xx = cancel (normal > special) or chain (normal > normal)

LP or Jab = Light Punch
MP or Strong = Medium Punch
HP or Fierce = Heavy Punch
LK or Short = Light Kick
MK or Forward = Medium Kick
HK or Roundhouse = Heavy Kick
cl. = Close Standing
st. = (Far) Standing
cr. = Crouching
F+ = Forward input +
Frame Data
  • Startup: 1F (She gets the effects 1F after startup animation)
  • Duration: 450F - 900F (7.5s - 15s)
  • Recovery: 6F (She can attack 6F after startup)
  • Invincibility: 1~2F
Buffs
  • Longer forward dashes
  • Ability of cancelling any normal attack into a normal of equal or greater strength (Chaining the same normal into itself is not possible.)
  • Increased juggle potential on some normals
  • More frame advantage on hit with Sekku overhead (F+MK)
  • Every normal becomes special cancellable
Nerfs
  • Disability of dealing stun
  • Reduced S.C. Gauge meter building
Activating and beginning pressure
You can activate it anytime if you have at least 50% in your Revenge Gauge, but it is recommended to activate it after scoring a knockdown. It is highly recommended to activate it after a hard knockdown because it means you can set something up and begin your pressure when your opponent wakes up.
When doing this, watch out for possible reversals. Delay your pressure a bit after the opponent's wakeup.
Pressure and getting in
Activating the Feng Shui Engine and mashing normals all over won't be beneficial. Since normals don't do any chip damage, you have to find another way to get in. As long as the opponent blocks, your attacks aren't worth anything therefore you have to break the guard.
Crouching kicks and the overhead are your best friends. Crouching kicks must be blocked low, while an overhead must be blocked high. If you are mixing these, it will be very hard for the opponent to block everything. Landing one attack successfully will get you in, and from that you can follow-up with basically anything.
Maximising damage
After you managed to get in, go for high-damaging normals. As long as the combo damage scaling[wiki.shoryuken.com]is in progress, it is recommended to maintain heavy and medium normals in order to maximise damage output.

Juri's most damaging normals:
st.HP - 120dmg
st.HK - 110dmg
cl.HK - 110dmg
cr.HP - 100dmg
cl.HP - 100dmg (useless in FSE combos - launches opponent into air)
st.MK - 100dmg

When the combo damage scaling is over, try to deal the most damage possible without worrying about damage scaling. Without damage scaling, the succession of landing the attacks doesn't make a difference in overall damage. If you want to deal the most damage, chain the maximum number of normals and always try to go for the most damaging variants which are the far standing variants.
Resets
If you want to reset the damage scaling and deal much more damage, go for a reset. Resets let you deal more damage and stun without stopping pressure. In the case of Juri and her FSE, resetting is probably the most important element of gameplay. Luckily, you have countless options.

  • Tick throwing (Kara throw: MP~LP+LK)
  • Chaining into Sekku overhead
  • Resetting using Fuhajin Store
    • Midscreen
      • Fuhajin Store, st.MP/st.MK/st.HP
      • After st.MP/st.MK/st.HP you can...
        • Dash forward
        • FADC (st.MP) to dash under
        • Chain into st.HK to get closer
        • Cancel into L.Senpusha to get closer
        • Shoot a fireball
          • Then dash forward
          • And FADC that
        • Store another fireball
          • Then dash forward
          • Then shoot that fireball
          • Then st.HK to continute pressure
          • Then L.Senpusha to get closer
    • Corner
      • Fuhajin Store, cl.MP
      • After st.MP you can...
        • Dash forward to dash under
        • FADC to dash under
        • Cancel into L.Senpusha to switch sides
        • Store another fireball
      • EX.Senpusha, cl.MP
      • After st.MP you can...

        • Store another fireball
Bonus: Sekku overhead during FSE
As I mentioned above, Sekku becomes more useful during FSE because it gives you a +6F advantage on hit instead of +2F advantage, making moves not slower than 6F linkable. These are: cl.LP, cl.MP, cl.HP, cl.LK, cl.MK, st.LP, st.MP, st.LK, st.MK, cr.LP, cr.MP, cr.LK, cr.MK.

Not really true, she gains super meter since 2012 as far as I know but the amount is greatly reduced.
