To get out of bounds, you need to navigate to this hill. It's right next to the "ROAD CLOSED UNTIL THURSDAY" sign.

Just remember you'll need to back up and build up speed in order to slide up each slope.


By the way, you can pass the roadblock and get to the suburbs map early if you do this. You might also be able to get the double barrel shotgun in Meat World on the first day, but I haven't tried it.
