Crouch Jumping
When mid-air, quickly crouching and uncrouching while walking towards an object can help you jump onto tall objects.

Doing this can help you find secrets or get out of bounds.

The video below shows normal jumping compared to crouch jumping.

This also can be used in the trainyard at the point of where the lifting gates are can be usesful when trying to get past the weird edge in the middle!
