Just got the last of the items off the lava and want to tell what they are and how to get them.

I assume that you know the game and Iron Keep well enough. If you don't - this is not something you should be doing yet.

Long story short:
Do you want to do this at all? The items you will find are(beside the easy one next to bonfire):

• Bonfire Ascetic
  
• Phoenix Shield (fire rez small shield)
  
• Fire Seed
  
• Chaos Storm (Pyro)

In other words - if you don't use Pyromancy, you probably don't want to do this untill you get bored. I mean, REALLY bored ;)

My set-up:

• Playing deprived with relatively little health, so it should work for almost anyone.
  
• Alonne Captain helm and body armour (has fire rez, but I don't think it's necessary). The rest is my standard set - upgraded Alva Gear. Any high fire rez armour would do, I'd say.
  
• Flash Sweat Pyromancy spell - if you don't have it, don't even think about it!
  
• Fire Rez ring (from Pyromancy trainer girl) + Feline Ring (we'll be doing some falling) + as many health buffing rings as you can find.

Each run should be done with max health obviously, so you'll need some effigies.

One next to bonfire is trivial if you have the right set-up.
Fire island hopping trial is probaby the hardest one of all Iron Keep's challenges. All it has is one Bonfire Ascetic. I imagine that's not worth it for most people.
Start from the bridge: Get down. Cast flash, hop (CAREFULLY) through one burning isle, reposition, recast, do it again.
HOWEVER - I suggest to leave this for last. Why? Read on.

Be mindful of archers and know their deadzones(same applies to the next area)! Or better yet, farm them into extinction ;)
Trick here is the Pharos' contaption on the building above the dull ember (where the first archer sits) - activate it, roll in the water, and while still wet run like hell to where the lava path is. Cast flash sweat, and go for it!
Remember, unlike items that just lie in the open, you need to live long enough to open the chest AND press "Use" button to pick up the item!
This chest contains a little Phoenix Shield - with great fire rez! You may want to use this thing for all other lava dashes. That's why I recommend to leave other runs till after you have this.

You want to drop the bridge and kill all the archers on the platforms (one below is irrelevant). Make sure to not drop the platforms as you need one of them!
The item lying on one end of the lava path is a Fire Seed. Trivial to get, though here you want to kill the archer below.
The chest, on the other hand, looks almost impossible. The trick here is in the water jugs standing on the third tier, next to the mimic chest.
Take off all the weapons to lower the weight - reduce fall damage as much as possible.
Roll through the water jugs, run diagonally and jump to land on the platform below, which is above the lava path, face the chest, cast flash sweat and roll off the platform and down, onto the lava path. If done fast enough, the water and flash will not wear off before you open the chest and grab the item. It'll take a few tries. Chaos Storm pyromancy spell is the reward.
