Mute your friend/ Disabling in-game mic in co-op mode

Portal 2 seems enabled the built-in voice chat by default,
It is pretty annoying if you are using other communicating apps like discord.
This is a quick guide to disable that.

1. In game settings, mouse and keyboards, allow developer console.
2. Get in a co-op game with your friend.
3. Press "`" console button, the key between tab and esc.
4. If you are the host of the game, key in "voice_mute 2", if your aren't, key in "voice_mute 1".
5. Problem should be solved.

and without console work it easy to open steam overlay -> settings -> ingame voice and change it to push to talk or change the volume control to left side
