I replied that way because it was really noticeable. TT is the cheater. Speedhacking, infinite ammo, no reload. There's a video about him on my YT channel.
Tarkan was faster too.

I am really asking. I can not tell just by the results if someone is actually cheating and i did not recognize during that game. I could check profile of each and everyone and see if i find something fishy, but i thought, i could just ask friendly. Seems as if i was wrong.
