What to do:

To unlock the secret charm you first have to select pyramid head in the killer section and then return to the main menu. There you enter the Konami Code which is: (arrow keys) up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, Enter

you have to be fast and make sure to select pyramid head.

I think so. You can test around but I think you need pyramid head.
